Dr. Joni Collins is a Doctor of Medical Science with a focus in Osteopathic Medicine and Internal Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrrogate , Tennessee. She is NCCPA board certified Physician Assistant . She is a Florida native and a member of the Florida Physician Assistant Dermatology Society. She also is an active member of Florida Association of Physician Assistants, Georgia Association of Physician Assistants and the PA Doctors. Dr. Collins has been injecting since 2006. Dr. Collins has focused primarily on Facial Plastics Head and Neck Surgery, Regenerative Medicine, and Advanced Aesthetic Combination Therapy. In 2015, Dr. Collins earned her certification as a Certified Aesthetic Consultant (CAC). She has worked with several physicians offices and “ Medspa’s” in compliancy, protocols and policies. At an aesthetic event in 2015 where she was teaching, Dr. Collins was picked up by a vendor for a large New York based investing firm in 2015. After pitching her business model to these investors , Dr. Collins Co- Founded resouLuna Advanced Aesthetic Therapy, a boutique medspa in Baldwin Park, Florida. Her office won the best medspa in in 2016-17. Dr. Collins additionally traveled for AIAM as a national trainer in pdo threads, platelet rich fibrin, microcannulas, and advanced combination therapy . She mentored under Dr. Kian Karimi ( often seen on The Doctors) and Co- chaired classes with Dr. Karimi and the infamous aesthetic You Tube Star, Dr. Anil Rajani. Dr. Collins trained many providers nationally over the past decade and has assisted to development successful aesthetic practices by teaching combination therapy. She also has been active in device development behind the scenes. In 2017, Dr. Collins founded Twelve Twenty Eight Mobile Medical Wellness, a traveling concierge aesthetic and regenerative practice that utilizes a 1973 Airstream to serve the uninsured. True to it’s name, Twelve Twenty Eight Mobile Medical Wellness offers a one of a kind experience. The Land Yacht Airstream serves as the umbrella of permits and as the vehicle to serve and care for others. Not only is 12/28 sentimental to Dr. Collins but 12/28 also marks the anniversary of the first in vitro baby born in the United States. The vessel is a tribute to her beautiful twin girls that are IVF miracles . In 2020 during COVID shutdown Dr. Collins moved to Atlanta , Georgia . She opened her second location for 1228 that is a brick and mortar practice. This location offers custom private aesthetic and regenerative trainings. Providers from all over the United States fly into Atlanta to train with her . The past two years she taught over 129 PA’s. Dr. Collins favorite procedure is PRF. (platelet rich fibrin) . She personally has seen how the all natural product help her dance injuries and how it has assisted in scar therapy and oncology aesthetics. Dr. Collins is actively involved the NFL Alumni and NFL Cheerleaders Alumni Association. She teaches as guest faculty for Boston Biolife, Titan Aesthetics, PA Dermatology Society of Florida, FAPA , and the LA- MCA in Beverly Hills. She continues to serve domestic violence and scar therapy patients in her free time . Dr. Collins recently filed her patent “pending “ as of March 2022 and is active as of this year. The patent is an assist device to prevent sharp pokes by coupling biohazard disposal bins to a lumbar support waist belt. Dr. Collins also developed the 1228 protocol TM SM Copyright that serves to improve the aging skin, face, and body and the protocol also is used for scar therapy. Dr. Collins is a medical consultant and device developer. She also is a consultant in advanced combination therapy. Dr. Collins enjoys researching and is actively in the process of researching Annexin and it’s role in COVID 19.
