As the founder of Connected Minds Consulting Group, LLC, I lead with love, justice, and fairness, drawing inspiration from the legendary bell hooks. My work revolves around nurturing an equity-focused mindset, ensuring every child, regardless of their background, has access to quality education.

Empowering Educators and Families
My journey in early childhood education has been about more than just teaching; it’s about empowering. From coaching teachers to ask more engaging, open-ended questions during storytime, to preparing impactful webinars on Black/African American leadership in early education, my mission is to make a lasting difference.

Real Estate Enthusiast
Switching gears to real estate, I help families find their dream homes in beautiful California with a focus on Riverside County, including Menifee, Murrieta, Wildomar, and Temecula . I believe in making homeownership a joyful journey, emphasizing how homes can be sanctuaries that foster wealth and happiness. 

Lifelong Learner and Advocate
Currently, I’m pursuing a Doctoral degree in Teaching and Education at National University, focusing on the impact of family engagement programs on reading proficiency in families experiencing low-income. My goal is to bridge gaps and create opportunities for all children to thrive.
