Growth Strategist | Transformational Partner Over the years, my path has woven through early childhood education, leadership consulting, and real estate—and while each role looks different on the surface, they’re all rooted in the same purpose: helping people grow, feel supported, and build something meaningful. My journey began in early childhood education, where I spent years working alongside teachers, families, and leaders who care deeply about children. I saw firsthand how powerful it is when children are surrounded by adults who believe in them and have the tools to nurture their full potential. That’s what led me to create Connected Minds Consulting Group—a space to offer meaningful support through coaching, workshops, and leadership development rooted in love, justice, and belonging. The teachings of bell hooks have shaped how I show up in this work, and I carry that spirit into every space I enter. At the same time, I’ve always believed that home is more than just a place—it’s a feeling. Helping families across California find that feeling through real estate has been such a joy. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or a family looking for space to grow, I want the experience to feel welcoming, clear, and empowering. I’m currently pursuing my doctorate in teaching and education, where I’m exploring how strong family engagement supports reading development in ways that honor and affirm the brilliance children bring with them. It’s work that blends research with real life—and I’m learning as much as I’m giving. So that’s me. A little bit of a dreamer, a lifelong learner, and someone who believes deeply in the power of connection.
