3BFIT is a mindfulness program that teaches youth (all ages) to use their breath to Retrain their brain, to Reframe their thoughts, to Redirect their words, to Refocus their actions! “One breath at a time”. 

3BFIT uses Chakra (7 energy centers in the body) Balancing Meditation, Positive Self- Affirmations and Yoga to support individuals with achieving inner balance and alignment. 

Mindfulness has been proven to help individuals with calming and centering the nervous system, reduces anxiety and stress, also helping students get between grades. 

Mindfulness is being used in schools as an alternative to traditional forms of discipline. The results of mindfulness in schools shows that students who practice meditation in place of traditional school discipline are more calm and relaxed, gained better grades and show more kindness in social environments than they displayed before practicing meditation.
