I’m Jamie Bertone, a licensed Realtor®️ in the state of Georgia and Florida since 2017, mom of 2, avid equestrian and Dalmatian lover/mom. I have helped hundreds of clients buy or sell their dream home or investment property, typically saving or making them thousands of dollars through my deep knowledge of the transactional process, savvy negotiating skills, bulldog mentality to stop at nothing to reach my clients’ goals, and ability to see red flags early on. I have helped clients navigate buying and selling land, condos, townhomes, single family homes, and farms, build custom new construction, buy and sell using all types of financing products, helped clients win in multiple offer situations, and led the way through foreclosures and short sales with my clients. My proven track record has saved and made my clients thousands of dollars in transactions while avoiding wasting time and falling for common pitfalls.

My business philosophy revolves around integrity, professionalism, and a client-centric approach. I prioritize building strong open and honest relationships with my clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best possible guidance and service throughout their real estate journey. My local knowledge and expertise allows me to deliver valuable insights to my clients before, during, and long after the transaction. I seek to be a valuable resource for my clients far outside of just the buy or sell of their home or investment property- I am your Realtor for LIFE!

I live in Walton County Georgia and am licensed to sell real estate in the state of Georgia as well as Florida. I regularly serve clients in Walton, Gwinnett, Newton, Rockdale, Dekalb, Barrow, Oconee and Morgan counties in Georgia, but have serviced clients all over the states of Georgia and Florida throughout my career and would welcome the chance to serve you in the purchase or sale of real estate in either state! I work largely off of referrals and would love the chance to serve a family or friend that may need the help and guidance of a professional in their real estate transaction as well!
