My Name is Elise! 

In hindsight I now know that being happy in your life and being happy with your life are two totally different components.  In  2017 not knowing the terminology and how to articulate what I was feeling I just knew I was not happy in or with my life. This new found self  discovery or more so transparent and truthful moment that I had with myself forced me to uproot all of the genetically modified fruit that I had planted in my garden. Nothing was organic , not my job, not my relationship with myself and others, not even my financial status . All though  this was the most money I had ever made I still would find myself on the struggle bus taking cold showers because a bill wasn’t paid.


Just like there is a genetic influence on obesity, high blood pressure , heart disease and depression,there is in fact a genetic influence on happiness.  However, just because this is a disposition it does not mean that you don’t hold the power to change that Genetic influence. So through positive psychology research and some radical acts of self love , I decided to claw my way to  change. In order to change the trajectory of my life I needed to Shift  my most two strongest traits of loyalty and work ethic to the self. Through aligning myself with my non-physical energetic being which is Pure Positive  Energy and With POWERFUL INTENT ,I was able to fight for my Emotional and Mental well-being. Realizing  that there is no Biological  barriers that could keep me away from happiness ,I decided to fight for my life and the others that will come behind me. I was about to go on the Daunting but spiritual journey of breaking generational trauma. My hope is to help others take action! So if Elevation of your Mind, Body and Soul is a desired  priority -Stay tune
