FINE LINE TATTOO SPECIALIST
We understand that the policy of nonrefundable deposits and the requirement for a 48-hour notice to reschedule appointments might raise questions. We would like to take a moment to explain the reasoning behind these policies, as we strive to provide the best experience for all of our clients. Firstly, the nonrefundable deposit serves a crucial purpose in securing your appointment slot. When you make a deposit, it reserves a dedicated block of time specifically for your tattoo session. By doing so, we commit our availability and resources to accommodate your needs. In turn, this limits the opportunity for other clients to book that time, as we want to ensure ample attention and care are given to each individual. Thus, the deposit helps us maintain fairness and provide a high-quality service to everyone. Secondly, we kindly request a 48-hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This advance notice allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the vacated time slot to other clients who might be on our waiting list or seeking a tattoo service on short notice. By providing sufficient time to rearrange our appointments, we can ensure that our artists' time is utilized efficiently and that we can accommodate as many clients as possible. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to be understanding and flexible when such situations occur. However, it is important to communicate any changes or rescheduling needs promptly, as it allows us to better manage our calendar and provide an exceptional experience for all clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these policies. They help us maintain a smooth operation, optimize our artists' time, and ensure that every client receives the attention they deserve. We value your support and look forward to serving you with the utmost professionalism and creativity. Once an appointment has been rescheduled, you automatically assume the status of a rescheduling risk. In such instances, should you desire to reschedule and secure another appointment, you will be required to provide the remaining balance, equivalent to half of the initial remainder balance after the 1st deposit, to proceed with the rescheduling process for your subsequent appointment. In regards to your first tattoo appointment, if you find the need to reschedule before the tattooing process has begun, a fee of $100 will be applicable. This fee is in addition to the initial deposit of $100 made for securing the appointment. It is important to note that this fee is only applicable if you haven't started the tattoo session yet and wish to reschedule. Please keep in mind that rescheduling fees are subject to change, and it is always advisable to contact the tattoo studio directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding their rescheduling policy and associated costs.
We also have an important aspect to consider when it comes to custom designs. If you have a specific custom design in mind and we don't have a reference to work from, or if you have a reference but desire extensive alterations to make it entirely original, there will be a charge for the design. This fee covers the creation of custom design mock-ups, and it is also nonrefundable. The cost of the design deposit fee may vary, ranging between $100 and $300, depending on the size and intricacy of the design. It is important to note that this fee is separate from the final price of the tattoo itself. We offer this service to accommodate clients who wish to have a unique and personalized tattoo design. However, it requires our tattoo artist to dedicate their spare time outside of regular business hours to work on the design. We believe it's fair to compensate them for their time and effort, as it aligns with the principle that time is money. Additionally, we understand the importance of collaboration and ensuring your satisfaction. That's why we provide the opportunity for two adjustments or alterations to the custom designs upon request, if needed. We want to ensure that the final design reflects your vision and meets your expectations. We appreciate your understanding regarding the design deposit fee and its separation from the overall tattoo cost. Just as the average person wouldn't work without being compensated for their time and services, our tattoo artists also need to be fairly compensated for the additional work they put into creating your custom design. We value your trust and support, and we look forward to creating a stunning and personalized tattoo that you'll love for years to come.

I tell everyone the same thing, whether they have a small tattoo, a big tattoo, lots of tattoos, or only one: 1. Get a good night’s sleep before your tattoo appointment. 2. Have a decent meal about an hour or two before your session. 3. Bring your preferred snacks to keep your blood sugar levels up. Whether you’re nervous or not, your adrenaline will be pumping because you’re excited about your session. This adrenaline rush can deplete your sugar levels and, in some cases, cause lightheadedness or fainting. 4. Take vitamin C if you don’t already. I recommend chewable vitamin C supplements to support your immune system. Keep in mind that a tattoo is essentially a wound, and your body will work overtime to heal it. If you don’t have a balanced diet, haven’t been sleeping well, or are feeling under the weather, the extra vitamin boost can help. 5. Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment. 6. Bring a small blanket if you get cold easily. Sometimes, getting a tattoo can cause a slight drop in body temperature. 7. Bring headphones if you need to get into your “zen zone” and focus during the session. 8. Don’t forget your charger if you think you’ll need it.
