Terms & Conditions: We appreciate your business and continued loyalty with Jersey Drive Services! You may add optional gratuity now or day of trip for exceptional service. Please note: surcharges may occur during treacherous weather conditions or heavy traffic of no more then $150. $400 cleaning fee applies to any situation where vehicle must be professionally cleaned due to any negligence. A driver waiting longer than 1 hour after landing or pickup time may charge $2 a minute after 1 hour of wait time which will supplement this invoice under discretion of our team. Our time of pickup is estimated and may fluctuate by 10 minutes. Any wait time passenger incurs due to a late driver, is awarded $1 for every minute after 10 minutes. In case of flight change/no show/hazardous weather/long wait time in terminal, it is the customer’s responsibility to communicate with driver or charges may occur. Premium Sedan or SUV service will be subject to an upgrade fee. 25% CANCELLATION FEE on all cancelations, Full REFUND if canceled more than 10 days before the scheduled Pickup Time. $25-$75 fee on any reservation time/date change. $50 fee added to any morning pickups before 3 AM. *For special events (weddings, proms, graduations, any special events, etc.), the cancellation fee is 50% if canceled after booking, and 100% if canceled less than 2 weeks before the event date.
